Bullhorn Revenue Kick-Off London: Key Takeaways from a Partner Perspective

Last week, we headed to London for Bullhorn’s Revenue Kick-Off (RKO), a flagship event bringing together Bullhorn leaders, customers, and partners from across the international ecosystem. Hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Tower of London, the event delivered a fast-paced 1.5 days focused on alignment, innovation, and the future of the Bullhorn platform.

From strategic direction to practical conversations on recruiter workflows, RKO offered valuable insight into where the industry and Bullhorn is heading next.

Starting Strong: Setting the Tone for Collaboration

The event began with partner catch-ups ahead of the main sessions, providing an opportunity to reconnect, share perspectives, and set the tone for the days ahead. These informal conversations are often where the most honest insights surface, and they highlighted a shared focus across the ecosystem: helping recruitment teams work smarter, not harder.

A Different Way to Approach Partner Speed Pitches

Day one officially opened with sessions led by Bullhorn leadership, outlining priorities and momentum for the year ahead. Shortly after, partners took part in the speed pitch sessions with a format designed to maximise meaningful conversations in a very short space of time.

Each partner rotated around multiple tables, with just five minutes per group.

Five minutes doesn’t reward storytelling, it rewards clarity.

Rather than relying heavily on slides, the Coral Starfish approach focused on keeping conversations practical and grounded in real recruiter workflows. The emphasis was on:

  • A live product demo
  • A simple, double-sided handout to support the discussion

This demo-led approach reflected a core reality in recruitment: recruiters spend a significant amount of time working outside the ATS, particularly on LinkedIn and other online platforms. Coral Starfish extends Bullhorn into those moments, allowing teams to instantly see whether a profile already exists in Bullhorn and take action without switching tabs.

During each conversation, the demo showed how recruiters can:

  • Instantly view existing Bullhorn records
  • Add notes and tasks in real time
  • Shortlist candidates and create new records in seconds
  • Keep Bullhorn as the single source of truth

By focusing on practical use cases rather than feature lists, the conversations stayed engaging and relevant and sparked several strong follow-up discussions after the sessions.

Hearing Directly from Bullhorn Customers

Another standout moment was hearing directly from Bullhorn customers about how they are using the platform in their day-to-day operations. Contributions from Glenn Southam (Meet Life Sciences), Junaid Bokhari (Pioneer Selection), and Tom Brown (Opus People Solutions) added valuable real-world context.

Customer stories bring strategy to life. Hearing how teams actually use tools like Bullhorn Amplify reinforced the importance of building solutions that fit naturally into recruiters’ existing workflows, rather than adding complexity.

Celebrating Success and Shared Momentum

The first day concluded with the awards ceremony, an evening that balanced celebration with connection. Events like RKO aren’t just about performance metrics; they’re about recognising people, partnerships, and shared progress across the ecosystem.

Feedback, AI-First Direction, and What’s Next

The final morning included opportunities for partners to share feedback directly with Bullhorn teams. These sessions were insightful and always great to see how the Bullhorn team collaborates internally.

One of the most exciting themes was Bullhorn’s continued move towards an AI-first approach, a direction that aligns closely with Coral Starfish’s focus on reducing manual effort, improving data quality, and helping recruiters spend more time on meaningful work.
