We are a boutique search firm operating exclusively in the alternative investment space in Europe, partnering with exceptional clients and candidates.
What were your challenges?
The time it took to create new people and add them to Invenias took too long and we needed a more efficient way of doing this.
Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn required having multiple tabs open and was slow and inefficient. It took lots of steps, like checking company names, so categories and start dates were often missed.
What type of support have we provided to you?
Coral Starfish has made uploading candidates more efficient. We had someone from the Coral Starfish team come in and explained how to use the product to us and he answered all our questions.
What difference have we made to you and your business?
Coral Starfish has made adding candidates to our database quicker. It also helps us to more efficiently add all stages of a candidate’s education and work background.
It’s a lot easier to add new candidates straight from LinkedIn and my favourite part is when you’re adding new people to an assignment, it automatically suggests the last assignment used, making it a smoother process to add multiple people to a programme or assignment.
Sourcing and mapping candidates is quicker and more efficient. The ability to update positions and categories is very useful, saving time and energy, makes our coverage more comprehensive and up to date.
Is there anything we could have done better to improve our services and delivery to you?
The inability to add categories to new companies through the product means I have to go into Invenias later to do this. And we can’t add nationality to the candidates’ profiles as it’s not part of our Invenias Data Management settings.
Would you recommend us to others and why?
Yes, it massively increases information input into Invenias. It is a useful service and saves time and effort. It makes mapping and sourcing candidates more efficient.
