What does your business do?
We are a talent advisory business for GTM functions across both early stage (Series A&B) and Growth Stage Businesses (B+) and for both Venture and Private Equity. We work across Leadership and Board functions and 80% of our work is outside of the UK.
What were your challenges?
Being able to scale research into Invenias at speed and with the ability to replicate standardised categories such as Industry and Function. We need to be able to transfer data quickly from LinkedIn to our CRM Invenias.
What type of support have we provided to you?
We talked through some repetitive tasks via Sophie at Invenias (CS) and discussed there may be an attachment that could help, which was Coral Starfish. This Chrome add-on had apparently been developed by the people who created Invenias.
What difference have we made to you and your business?
The Coral Starfish Invenias Chrome Extension has sped up research and repetitive tasks and has helped to setup the early-stage parts of the search which will help as we develop younger Principals.

It’s a good product, so I’m happy with it.
