What were your challenges?
Our challenges in our work consist of finding the right candidate for our clients. That means we need detailed research work in finding the right fit. Our challenges lie in updating our database with new candidates during each of our search assignments but also doing business development.

By using Coral Starfish we have the opportunity to quickly improve our own database by adding new profiles. It provides us very quick and detailed information instead of adding data manually one by one which is very time consuming.

Is there anything we could have done better to improve our services and delivery to you?
Only thing that can be improved is that Coral Starfish not always understands which company to choose (when there are multiple options). When this happens, it is still time consuming to search for the right company and add it to the candidates profile instead happening automatically. With AI being introduced, I would expect more automated features in the near future.
